This concept helps illustrate how IDS integrates with the PowerOLAP Modeler and the PowerOLAP® Server. IDS is designed to enhance the features and power of the PowerOLAP Client as well as to enable users to access the PowerOLAP® Server via standard HTTP. This section is directed towards users of IDS with a Client that has PowerOLAP local database capabilities as well as the ability to communicate via IDS with an IDS-enabled Server.
