Pre-requisite
Before You can use this feature you need to have the following applications installed in your machine.
How to Install the Pivot Extractor
To Install the Pivot Extractor:
1. Locate the installation file for Pivot Extractor.

2. Right-click on the setup executable
file and select Run as Administrator.
The Pivot Extractor - InstallShield Wizard will appear.

3. In the Welcome Screen that appears, click Next.

4. In the License Agreement Screen, enable I accept the terms of agreement option and click Next.

5. In the Software Maintenance Agreement Screen, enable the I accept the terms… option and click Next.

6. In the Setup Type screen, the Pivot Extractor is the only setup type listed, so this is automatically selected. Just click Next to proceed to the succeeding screen.

7. In the Choose Destination Location
Screen, accept the default directory and click Next.
Note: Should you wish to change the directory where your Install files
will be saved, just click on the Change button and browse for the
appropriate directory.

8. Click Install.

9. Click Finish.

10. If you see the prompt above that requires you to install the Excel2PowerOlapAPI file, click Install.
11. To check the Pivot Extractor installation, open
Excel.
You should see a new tab called Pivot to PO included in the Excel
ribbon.

This completes the Pivot Extractor installation.
