PowerExcel Team Plans – Terms and Conditions

PowerExcel Team Plans consist of offers (“Offers”) for use of PowerExcel Team Plan products and services under the terms of the PowerExcel Team Plan Customer Agreement or other agreement with us governing your use of a PowerExcel Team Plan (the “Agreement”). There are two kinds of Offers: (1) Offers that are FREE, per defined specifications and with or without a set subscription duration limit, and (2) other Offers, also per defined specifications, including indicated cost structures, and with a defined subscription duration. Published Offers are further described on the current PowerExcel Team Plans page. Additional Offers may be made to from time to time, whether published or created for individual customers. Offers may terminated and or changed without prior notice.
Published FREE offers are available only to new PowerExcel Team customers. Other Offers are available to both existing and new PowerExcel Team customers and may be limited in duration (such as for trials) or for available free usage. You will not be eligible for any FREE Offers if you or your entity create(s) more than one account to receive additional benefits under the Offers. An Organization can only benefit from FREE Offers from one account in the Organization. You will be charged standard rates for use of PowerExcel Team Services if we determine that you are not eligible for an Offer.
If you have not used PowerExcel Team Plan resources provided under a FREE Offer during the previous 3 months, we may terminate the offer and reclaim those PowerExcel Team resources.
Either party may terminate any PowerExcel Team FREE Offer on the PowerExcel Team Plans page at any time for any reason.
